My story is a very unique one in that is too long to describe in a single blog, but one testimony i can share is how i went from 334lbs and 48% body fat in 2012 to 182lbs and 18% body fat in 2015. Not a Runner? Yet

I wasn’t always a runner either. I found running after losing seventy pounds walking. I had undergone major brain surgery to end my epilepsy in February 2013 and discovered during recovery that I needed to get the rest of me healthy. Once walking was no longer challenging, I started off with a half mile and slowly progressed to three miles over the course of a month. I entered a four mile Turkey Trot and then a 5k for Epilepsy.
